Using the service

サービスの利用

These terms apply to Make 24 Daily and make24daily.theappary.com, provided by theappary.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. The iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

本規約はtheappary.comが提供するMake 24 Dailyとmake24daily.theappary.comに適用されます。利用により本規約に同意したものとします。同意しない場合は利用しないでください。iOSアプリにはAppleの標準使用許諾契約も適用されます。

Play fairly

公正なプレイ

Use the service for lawful personal entertainment. Do not manipulate scores, disrupt the service, infringe others’ rights, or bypass purchase protections. Daily cards change at 00:00 UTC; clocks, network availability, device state, and Game Center can affect timing and score delivery. We may correct errors or remove fraudulent scores where supported.

合法的な個人の娯楽として利用してください。スコアの改ざん、サービスの妨害、他者の権利侵害、購入保護の回避をしないでください。デイリーはUTC 0時に更新します。端末の時計、通信状況、端末の状態、Game Centerによってタイムや送信に影響が出る場合があります。対応可能な範囲で誤りの修正や不正スコアの削除を行う場合があります。

Ads and optional purchases

広告と任意の購入

The game is free with occasional ads between deals and optional rewarded hint videos. The non-consumable Remove Ads purchase removes automatic between-deal ads, not the hint videos you choose. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price and currency shown by the App Store at purchase apply. Apple handles billing and refund eligibility. Restore purchases using the same Apple Account. Purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and applicable consumer law.

ゲームは無料で、ディールの合間の広告と任意のヒント動画があります。買い切りの「広告を削除」は合間の自動広告を削除し、自分で選ぶヒント動画は対象外です。サブスクリプションではありません。価格と通貨は購入時にApp Storeに表示されるものが適用されます。支払いと返金の可否はAppleが管理します。同じApple Accountで購入を復元できます。Appleの規約と適用される消費者法に従います。

Hints, progress, and availability

ヒント・記録・提供状況

Hints are granted only when the ad SDK confirms the reward. A hint adds the in-game time penalty shown by the app. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Local progress can be lost if the app or its data is deleted. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, score synchronization, or recovery of local data. Updates may change features or correct puzzle and scoring errors.

ヒントは広告SDKが報酬を確認した場合に付与し、アプリで示されるタイムのペナルティが加算されます。広告が常に利用できるとは限りません。アプリやデータの削除によりローカルの記録が失われる場合があります。常時利用、スコア同期、ローカルデータの復元は保証できません。更新により機能の変更やパズル・スコアの不具合を修正する場合があります。

Ownership and third parties

The app’s original content and branding belong to theappary.com or their respective licensors. Apple, Google AdMob, and Cloudflare operate under their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for data handling. Do not reproduce or redistribute protected app assets without permission.

アプリ独自のコンテンツとブランドの権利はtheappary.comまたは各権利者に帰属します。Apple、Google AdMob、Cloudflareには各社の規約が適用されます。データの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。許可なく保護された素材を複製・再配布しないでください。

Responsibility and your legal rights

責任と法的権利

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect losses. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Stop using the service if you disagree with updated terms.

サービスは提供可能な状態で提供します。適用法で認められる範囲で、黙示の保証および間接的な損害に対する責任を制限します。法的に除外できない責任や消費者の権利を制限するものではありません。変更後の規約に同意できない場合は利用を中止してください。
